Transformation - What to Expect from God

Transformation:

God wants to change you… to transform you.

We are not to be conformed to this world and it’spatterns, systems, or ways – but we are to be transformed… How?… By therenewing of our minds. (Rom. 12:2)

Renew means to make new again. God’s word, theBible, and the influence of prayer and the guidance from mature and groundedfellow believers will help you to change the way you think FROM the lies andcompromises dished out daily by the world TO the timeless and powerful truths ofGod; as found in the holy, God-breathed scriptures of the Bible.

2 Tim.3:16 (NIV) says, “All Scripture isGod-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training inrighteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for everygood work.”

Is. 1:18 says, “...though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red as crimson, they should beas wool.”

Rom. 3:23 informs us that we “all have sinned andfall short of the glory of God.” It is in our blood thanks to Papa and MamaAdam and Eve. Left to our own devices every human naturally will lie, covet, and steal eventually. None of us are “good enough” to stand before a holy andspotless God/Creator. But the blood of Jesus covers us and changes/transformsour spiritual condition.

We moved from separated from God to reunited withHim; from rejected to received; from judged to forgiven; from death to life;from blindness to sight; from deafness to hearing; from foolishness to wisdom;from darkness to light.

(1 Pet. 2:9) “ You are a chosen race, a royalpriesthood, a holy nation, God’s own people, in order that you may proclaim themighty acts of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”
